SQUAD FITNESS Policies
Our CLASS PASSES may be used at ANY of our SQUAD FITNESS Classes (except for special series. Special series will have a specific PASS assigned to the series).. Our policies take into consideration that participants lead busy lives and may not be able to make it to every class every week.
Class Pass Payment
At this time we accept cash or e-transfer sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. We also offer online payment.
Class Pass Expiry Dates
A Drop-in Class Pass expires as soon as it is used or 1 month from the purchase date, whichever comes first.
A 4-Class Pass expires 6 weeks from the first class attended.
An 8-Class Pass expires 4 months from the first class attended.
A 16-Class Pass expires 6 months from the first class attended.
A Special Series Pass (ie: 6-week Pass, 8-week Pass etc...) will expire at the end of the series.
You can purchase another pass once all classes are complete or the pass expires. Whichever is earlier.
If a pass is purchased, but not used, it will expire in 1 year from the purchase date.
Refunds must be requested prior to your first class. A $10 administrative fee will be charged on all refunds. Any unused missed classes are not refundable. In the event operations are restricted due to COVID-19 related public health measures, full refunds or credits will be given for any unused classes.
Pricing/Policy Changes/Location Changes
Squad Fitness reserves the right to change the class schedule (type, location, day or time) when the need arises. We make every effort to maintain a consistent schedule, but sometimes there is a need to make modifications to the schedule especially when moving outside. Our schedules are posted on our website a few weeks in advance.
