Want to join us for a class?
Here is everything you need to know.

HOW DO I ATTEND A SQUAD FITNESS CLASS?It's as easy as 1, 2, 3! 1) Purchase a Pass Passes can be purchased ONLINE using a credit card, by CASH (brought to your first class) or by E-TRANSFER sent to info@squadfitness.ca. If sending by e-transfer please put the name of the pass in the subject line. 2) Reserve your spot in class 3) Join us!

DO I NEED TO CREATE A SQUAD FITNESS PUNCHPASS ACCOUNT?Creating a Squad Fitness punchpass account will enable you to see all of your classes, buy passes online, reserve a spot in a class, and see how many classes you have left on your pass. If you'd like to create a Squad Fitness punchpass account, please click HERE. You will still be able to reserve a spot in class and buy passes online without an account, so it's up to you if you'd like to create an account.

CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION IF I CAN'T MAKE IT TO CLASSYes. There is a link at the bottom of your class confirmation email that says "cancel". Just click the link to cancel your reservation.

HOW DO I BUY A CLASS PASS?There are 3 easy ways to purchase a Class Pass 1) Using CASH. Please bring the money with you to your first class. 2) E-TRANSFER sent to info@squadfitness.ca. Please put the name of the pass you've purchased in the subject line. 3) Online by heading to our Purchase a Pass page.

DO CLASS PASSES EXPIRE?Yes. Each Class pass has a different expiration date. We know people lead busy lives, so we have taken that into consideration when setting the expiration date. Please visit our policies page for more details on Class Pass expiry dates.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO CLASS?Plenty of water, towel or yoga mat/blanket, sunscreen (for summer classes), baby essentials including snacks, and/or toys for your little one(s), comfortable walking/running shoes, appropriate exercise attire, and any kind of stroller.

DO I NEED TO BE A RUNNER TO ATTEND THESE CLASSES?Absolutely not! Stroller Squad is for moms of ALL fitness levels. We meet for a warm up, then power walk, jog, or run to each exercise station. You exercise at the pace you feel most comfortable.

DO I NEED A JOGGING STROLLER FOR THE WORKOUT?Jogging strollers are not required. As long as the stroller is sturdy and not prone to tipping it will work just fine!

I JUST HAD A BABY, WHEN CAN I JOIN A STROLLER SQUAD WORKOUT?You can begin attending class with your doctor's clearance to begin exercising, typically after your six week postpartum appointment. See you there, Mama!

HOW WILL I KNOW IF THE CLASS IS CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER?In case of inclement weather, class may need to be cancelled. We always post to our Instagram stories Please make sure you are following us on Instagram @squadfitness.8

MY BABY DOESN'T LIKE BEING IN THE STROLLER FOR TOO LONG, HOW WILL I GET A GOOD WORKOUT?Your baby is your priority, so don't worry if your baby becomes fussy during class! Our classes are designed to keep the kids moving and engaged by incorporating songs and various props to keep them entertained. With that said, if you need to change, nurse or console your baby, please do so (remember, you are in good company). Kids will have good and bad days and we understand that.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY BABY GETS FUSSY DURING CLASS?That's okay! Sometimes babies cry. You will be in a group full of moms with their kids - we've all been there and we all get it. You're always able to do what you need to do in order to take care of your little one.

CAN I ATTEND CLASS IF I AM PREGNANT?Absolutely! We encourage expectant moms to continue to exercise throughout their pregnancies as long as everything has been approved by their physician. Instructors are qualified to lead pre/postnatal fitness programs that follow the latest Society of Obstetrics and Genecology of Canada (SOGC) guidelines. We can modify any exercise that poses a challenge as you progress through your pregnancy. We recommends you obtain your doctor’s approval prior to beginning any new fitness program. If pregnant, please speak with your physician before your first day.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?Refunds must be requested prior to your first class. A $10 administrative fee will be charged on all refunds. Any unused missed classes are not refundable. In the event operations are restricted due to COVID-19 related public health measures, full refunds or credits will be given for any unused classes.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO CLASS?A yoga mat or towel for the abs portion/cool down, and plenty of water.

WHAT IS THE WORKOUT LIKE?The 45 to 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, and core for a full body workout. We try to end every class with a relaxing meditation (weather permitting)

DO I NEED TO BE IN GREAT SHAPE TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS?No. We have all fitness levels in the class! The class is designed to be tough, but the goal is to deliver a workout that will challenge any fitness level. We will always provide modifications and low impact options!
